In just 2 days softap artists, tattoo artists, and microbladers and can learn the basics of using a digital tattoo machine for eyebrow shading & tattoo removal.   While we recommend having a basic knowledge of microblading & permanent makeup, you don’t have to be an expert microblade artist to take this course!  New students attending our Microblading Fundamentals Hands-on training may also take this course as they are prepared with the basic principles of permanent makeup with our pre-course online training and through the first two days of the hands-on training.   

If you want to be able to treat and adapt to every client that walks through your door, we highly recommended taking this course! Shading is a great technique to offer clients that need more than just hair strokes, or for certain skin types that don’t hold hair strokes well. During this course, you will learn different shading & hair-stroke combinations (Ombre Brows) and how to correct older tattoos using a saline solution.    These techniques can be performed using either the manual method (hand tool) or by machine method (tattoo machine)however, the machine method is most preferred.   

For students to get the most out of this training we recommend students either bring their own tattoo machine kit or we offer to students a Digital Tattoo Machine Starter Kit at our cost.  This kit includes the same quality, professional supplies that our head instructor Patty uses daily on her own clients.  This Digital Pen is recommended for shading/ ombre brows.  See the starter kit details below.

Patty will teach her famous “stardust” brow along with ombre, pixie, and full-color shade.  During this +5-hour course, all students will practice on various artificial materials that replicate real skin.  Students attending the 5-day hands-on training will have the opportunity to apply the shading techniques they have learned on live models the following day during their 5-day course.

Digital Machine Shading & Removal Course Schedule: To accommodate our traveling students the Shading & Removal Course is offered each month during the same weeks as our Microblading Fundamentals 5-day Hands-on Training in the evenings from 6-9 pm.
